Lỗi này thường xảy ra do cài đặt bảo mật của trình duyệt. Cách khắc phục:

Chrome:

  1. Vào Settings → Privacy and security → Security
  2. Chọn "Standard protection" thay vì "Enhanced protection"
  3. Hoặc vào Downloads → cho phép download file cụ thể

Firefox:

  1. Vào Settings → Privacy & Security
  2. Tìm mục "Downloads" → bỏ tick "Always ask you where to save files"
  3. Kiểm tra Enhanced Tracking Protection

Edge:

  1. Vào Settings → Downloads
  2. Tắt "Ask me what to do with each download"
  3. Vào Privacy, search, and services → giảm mức bảo mật

Cách khác:

  • Thêm website vào danh sách tin cậy
  • Tắt tạm thời antivirus/firewall
  • Xóa cache và cookies
  • Thử chế độ ẩn danh (Incognito)
  • Click chuột phải → "Save link as"

Nếu file bị chặn:

  • Vào Downloads history → click "Keep" hoặc "Restore"
  • Whitelist file extension trong antivirus
  • Kiểm tra Windows Defender SmartScreen
